Once you move up the workload increases immensely, and the support from upper management disappears.

Great company if you are an Engineer. They get accolades for EVERYTHING!

Cons

If you aren't an engineer you are a stepping stone for an engineers career. Typical engineering company attitude. If you aren't an engineer you aren't a human. Support staff works just as hard, or harder, than most of the engineers and we still get crapped on daily.
