Pros

Highly skilled engineers who are nationally recognized experts in what they do; opportunity to work on large number of interesting projects, depending on the office you are hired in. This is a company that admires innovation, as much as is possible within the realms of consulting for municipalities.

Cons

Employees can get overlooked unless you have a close working relationship with one of the the senior VPs which can often limit your exposure to a variety of work and hence your visibility within the company. This severely restricts ability for advancement.

None, i love going to work everyday. I was with another company before and hated getting out of bed in the morning. Not so now.
