Open and collaborative work style. Really supportive leaders. Flat organization allows staff to manage their own work and goals, Main culture is to keep employees and clients happy. Growing fast but you wont feel like a part of a big machine.

Cons

May require a little travel as company tries to provide best staff to clients on projects if possible.
