Great People: The company had an amazing group of individuals who made the workplace a joy to be in. Everyone is so supportive and warmhearted. You will get your questions answered immediately. Supportive Environment: I always felt supported by my colleagues and supervisors. Whenever I needed help or guidance, I knew I could count on them. Exciting Projects: The company was involved in some really cool projects that allowed employees to work with cutting-edge technologies. Good Work-Life Balance; Unlimited PTO I really enjoyed almost everything about Carpe.
Cons
There were relatively few women on the team; The relatively low pay for my role, especially when considering the high cost of living in the Santa Barbara area. However, the annual salary increase helped mitigate this concern to some extent.
