      Pros

      Solid company that will be around for a while due to the product line offering.

      Cons

      Company has never broken away from its "good ole boys" mentality. Hard to grow unless you have dirt on someone in Sr management. Constant talks of union organizing because of inconsistencies.

      Including, but not limited to - Horrible upper management. Not able to negotiate as stated. Toxic work environment. No transparency. Poorly maintained machinery. Low morale. Work in inclimate conditions. No loyalty to experienced employees. Constantly making poor business decisions. Etc.
