Good pay, good benefits, terrible work life balance

Pros

Pay is pretty good, plenty of overtime. Supervisors are Salary+Overtime.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance. Most positions are swing shift, so every week is a different shift. Most departments are 7 days a week, and some departments are mandatory overtime. If you are single and want to make good money for a few years this is the job for you.
