Great pay -- great people. Everyone who works here is fun to be around and overall a very supportive environment. I would definitely recommend.

Cons

They will work you to the bone during tax season... but that's not always a bad thing - its good to work hard. Work-life balance around the deadline times can be stressful but that is the nature of the business.

The people you get to work with are wonderful. At CRI you feel valued as a person and as an employee. The owners are very kind and understanding.

Cons

Some of the software systems implemented by corporate are cumbersome.
