Pros

Benefits are ok and job security is pretty good.

Cons

My main issue with this company is they show 0 appreciation for their employees. No christmas bonus (or even a Christmas card), no raises, and they have no problem adding responsibilities to a position without offering additional compensation. They constantly complain and get on you about overtime but refuse to hire additional directors.
