PTO is the only thing they can offer

Cons

This was a great company to work for, it was people first. The moment it was supposed to turn people first which we were already it went the opposite direction. The uppers believe its the change that has everyone leaving but it’s actually the leadership. No one appreciates the hard work and long hours that are put into being successful. The relationship we have built are worth fighting for. More and more people are leaving and they don’t care. I for one do not want to work for a company who doesn’t care about their people.

I really can not think of a positive thing about this company besides a great work/life balance.

Cons

The President of MidSouth has run all the employees off with his negative, no none sense attitude. Corporate don't give a dam. There is no incentive for non-sales employees. Morale is in the dumps all because of one person, MidSouth President. Even the customers don't like him.

Corporate is a joke they do not care about their employees and their hiring process is a joke. The way it is laid out is very shady and is built around cheating current employees out of improving themselves. I was asking to many questions so they tried to force me to quit by making my work life a living hell but since I would not quit they terminated me without cause.
