Benefits and amount of PTO.

Cons

You are limited on when you can take the time off during summer months. No time off in June. They say they are a “people first” company yet they will fire you quickly if their sales are low. I have seen 20+ year employees get fired for no reason if their own due to sales. They do not care about employees at all!
