      You can literally retire here without working too much.

      Predominantly whites. Lacks dynamism. People have never left carrier. Hierarchical and bureaucratic.

      Pros

      There really aren’t any. This job sucks and our entire tier 1 department is miserable and they do not care. Their precious metrics are more important than employee job satisfaction and they shove it down our throats every day.

      Cons

      Metrics heavy. They legitimately monitor your every move and take issue with employees using the bathroom or needing to step away from the computer. The homeowners are the worst kinds of people. We are verbally degraded on a daily basis.

      Decent pay. Beautiful HQ in South Florida

      Cons

      Many in management, at Ex. Dir. level display racist tendencies through biases and passive aggressive behaviors. Only one African American on board of directors and less than 8 African American Executives in a company with over 50,000 associates! Ageism, Gender Bias, Discrimination of all types, especially in the BIPOC population is not only condoned but encouraged. Exec. management does not rally or support associates...they choose to demean and often humiliate and denigrate, attacking the self-esteem of associates, ultimately affecting performance
