      Pros

      The amazing co-workers were the only pros. When branch was not spoked to a sinking ship and was allowed to assist their customers and get things done it was great- pay and vacation were on par-

      Cons

      HR was a joke, over drawn ACE, Ethics training were even bigger ones- they fire or lay off their good and loyal employees because your job is suddenly not part of the hub/spoke model. Lack of direction and lack of listening to the boots on the ground. Took the customer service away from the branches with a call center..Just awful.

      No respect , No Appreciation, No Future for floor level employees

      Pension is good, Vacations and pay was good

      Cons

      Hours Overtime. Respect towards floor employees. Hires just from within for floor assembly techs. Does not hire people who apply online. Don't listen to any advice from people who they believe are uneducated, thinks people on the floor are dumb because they have chosen not to go back to school to use there employee scholar program.
