Pros

Great learning opportunities as no one in their current position is qualified for their job.

Cons

No work/life balance. Employees are expected to work 60-80 hours with no additional pay or bonus. CFO prefers everyone in the office so everyone will be in the office full time by the end of the year with no option for remote work. This is the third CFO since 2019. This CFO just started in November and has already gotten rid of 3 VPs with more to go. HR is an incompetent in their jobs. It's best not to ask questions because not one person in that department knows anything. They are very into outsourcing and offshoring! They got rid of an entire department that was located in a couple of US cities to open two new shared business services in Mexico and India.

Pros

There is nothing really positive about working here

Cons

Do NOT work for cyber security team lead by Nicole Ford. Toxic work environment that is made worse by a CISO who is not experienced in cyber. She and her head honchos exploit everyone especially the contractors. There is no leadership on that team

Pros

Very few pro's to this company. Outside of having health care, a pretty stout retirement program along with pension from the company - that's about it.

Cons

Moving #'s / targets aimed for you not to achieve your bonus / commissions. Extremely poor communication. Management (mid level - GM/Director/Sr.Mgr) levels are generally awful human beings. They look to crush other individuals. I would say if you're going to take a job here - ask for the sun, the moon, and the stars!! Chances are you won't be here long - especially if you're an honest, hard working individual. Onboarding is horrendous - no one knows what they're doing, or what you're supposed to be doing, or where your equipment is. They email out polls to get feedback from employees which is comical because the rate they do it at - you can literally spend more time doing nonsense polls, and giving opinions and in reality - none of it matters.
