      None from a high performing employee perspective

      Cons

      Social loafing is rampant, but those non-contributing employees are never the ones laid off. Many incomptent but politically savvy employees. Not enough value-added employees - many people want to talk about work, few do actual work.

      Pros

      Maybe after it stabilizes work-life balance will get better. Right now the expectation is to shift work and pile on those resonsibilities, making it very challenging.

      Cons

      Going through some major transitions and unfortunately the company has been reducing workforce for the past year. This is due to acquisitions of other companies that require they retain their talent for a number of years.
