      Pros

      Great Mentorship Good pay for an internship Great team Awesome hours My ideal type of work Focus on continuous improvement and allows you to make changes that need to be made

      Cons

      Not too big of a deal but I didn't really have much of a chance to meet others outside of our plant at Carrier Also limited opportunities to get an entry level job after internship unless you go into their entry level leadership program which might be a pro for some, however, could be a burden on someone who doesn't want to leave a specific area

      Corporate benefits ok, slow moving culture

      the tech stack is clugy, not a tech company, slow moving manufacturing company. Professional but not fast moving. Would not recommend.
