Pros
Very few pros, initial training is excellent and then all downhill.
Cons
Local management very poor, ineffective , only interested in themselves. Difficult to believe the lack of ability to spell and use correct grammar.Staff are treated badly, all set up to work against each other, competing for the same business. Customers are just cash cows, once signed to contracts the service provided is abysmal. Staff turnover is shocking within first 12 months.
