Great potential not sure it will ever be realized.

Cons

The leadership are very much shoot from the hip, short term, what's burning today type people. They have no real structure or follow any established methodologies. The focus from the ELT is very much on bottom line, pleasing the shareholders with no regard for the impact it has on the people.

Horrible management,unorganized,people watch you work while they stand around,if you're a good worker you'll be the one who gets micromanage not the ones who don't do anything,HR is a joke, the union is a joke
