      Pros

      Applicable to China only: People with diversified background work here, and you can make some friends. There are lots of work so you are expected to cover areas even out of your comfort zones which is not bad for career developments.

      Cons

      Applicable for China only: insufficient recognition of hard work. High ratio of turn overs due to constant management changes. The compensation is not competitive, but it is hard for foreign invested companies to compete in China market in the first place.

      Pros

      Employee Scholar Program is the best thing the company offers. It WAS 100% direct pay to the college or university, plus a stock or cash bonus upon graduation.

      Cons

      Employee career development is advocated on the corporate and national level, but not followed through with on the local, ground level near as much as it should.

      Pros

      Employee Scholar Program is the best in the industry. Lot of opportunities to move within the company across different business units

      Cons

      Usual downsides of a big corporation - Lot of red tape, lot of approvals required for every single change, inefficiencies
