Management harasses employees at one subsidiary. My advice is go to HR, Carrier Integrity Line, and file a EEOC charge at the same time to protect yourself. Although corporations have no retaliation policies they try to work around them which is why it is important to file an EEOC inquiry and share it with HR immediately.
