Pros
Growing company that has plenty of room to move around the business units. Benefits are decent, tuition support is nice Plenty of networking opportunities
Cons
health plan could be better, HDHP in this climate can get really expensive depending on health needs overtime is normal depending on the time of year and business priorities. If your salary don't be surprised to work a few extra hours a week depending on business needs vacation/sick time is use or lose still plenty of work to do on diversity but they seem to be making an effort if your not in the engineering groups you tend to be on the lower end of training priorities management could use some training and better preparation for incoming new managers
