Cons

Terrible organization and culture. Toxic environment no real strong leadership. If you are not part of the cult except to be black listed. They have no true metrics. The leadership is always in conflict. The numbers they show are all fake.

The process concluded within three weeks, and I was subsequently informed of the outcome following my proactive inquiry.

Cons

1. Lack of coordination between the Sourcing and HR teams. 2. The interviewer appeared to have decided before the interview. 3. No technical questions were asked, despite the technical nature of the position. 4. The interviewer demonstrated a lack of transparency and professionalism.

Pros

Very stable organization that has fared well through COVID. Good pay. Spun off from UTC enabling independent growth opportunities. Has the potential to be a great organization.

Cons

1) Leadership direction is poor at best. Flip flop daily within each month on desired goals for that month. Play a numbers game to not overdeliver to Wall Street which impacts service to customers. Very old-school antiquated management. 2) Advertises a number of holidays as a benefit that most employees end up working anyway without compensation or acknowledgement. 3) Conducts Pulse surveys on a regular basis but does very little to address shortfalls. Survey results are below industry average.
