      Pros

      There are some really good people who work here. People who know software and product development. Good location and somewhat flexible on your schedule, but it depends upon your manager.

      Cons

      The company has, somehow, perfected the most non-lean organization I have ever seen. Everything is hard. Processes like, order to fulfillment, product development gate process, product planning and development process (not Agile, but they say it is), are cumbersome and people don't know their roles or responsibilities.

      Awesome company for career movement, and opportunities to try different areas of interest! CCS is transforming the culture and committed to the employee experience. Brand new building coming in 2018 - world wide showcase!

      Cons

      A little behind in culture however, it is recognized and great programs are being launched. Flexible work arrangements are encouraged. Good progress, need to accelerate.
