      The IT management has no clue. They have never worked in SAP or IT before. Team leads are people who were parts of the business and have been placed in IT. If you ask questions or push back on business requests that make no sense whatsoever, you will make enemies very fast . Experienced consultants who know what they are doing should try to stay away from this place.
