      Pros

      Tough to come up with any. The people that work there are all great individuals to work.

      Cons

      Salary, Benefits, Work Life Balance, Advancement Opportunities. All areas that they need drastic improvements.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Too many closed door decisions impacting long term employees without regard to morale. Unethical behavior by management. Inner circle of friends running the organization. Positions created and filled by new hires with no consideration given to existing staff.

      I cannot think of any reason anyone would want to work st Carrier

      Cons

      I interviewed at carrier 3 months ago and I am still waiting for my reimbursement check (which is not much)> I am not sure if the company is having financial problems, but everytime I call, I am told I will get it in the next 10 days. I would not recommend that anyone interview with them, let alone work for them.
