Pros

Pay is competitive. Insurance options are unmatched, and cost effective. Ample opportunities for different positions are available as the company is aggressively growing its workforce.

Cons

Accountability is lacking from top to bottom. If someone makes a significant mistake or goals aren't met, there's a "we'll get em next time" mentality, rather than corrective actions. There needs to be a heavier emphasis on leadership development and coaching throughout a leaders career, rather than a few touch points by the training department.

Pros

Great environment and amazing coworkers. So much room for opportunity and advancement.

Cons

Upper management tends to try and micromanage things at a store level.
