Plenty of overtime for those who are willing to step up and work weekends and extended nights and overnights in the summertime; so long as you don't care about not having a work/life balance. - you're likely to get poached by one of their customers for a WAY better paying job that doesn't require you to actually work 6-7 days a week. - take home service truck - 1 hour each way paid travel time

Cons

- THE WORST incompetent, inexperienced/unintelligent inner office management. - if you work hard, you're gonna get shafted the most - seniority means nothing around there - pay scale sucks for being a specialized tradesperson - overworked - unappreciated - none of their techs are competent so if you have any skill, be prepared for everyone to call on you RACIST BRANCH MANAGER.
