      Decent pay. 401k. Benefits. Growth.

      Cons

      Long hours. Top level management above store level seems confused on which way they want to take the company. Constant pressure by uppers to hit numbers but not focused on real business or issues. They say the right things but don't always do them. Bad decision after bad descion but they just charge the customer for their mistakes. They even released the one person that was working for us.
