Relevant product and services, well calculated changes, strong leaders and teams, mobile workforce

Cons

Merger in 2020 took extra effort due to pandemic. Many layoffs by redundancy. Current employees being over stressed to cover vacancys during hiring and training of new employees.

Cons

Pace of work and quality of work/home balance. Constant changes in about every direction. Knee jerk mentality at times and make short-sided decisions.
