Pros

benefits package met some great people

Cons

- lack of rental inventory both Allied & CAT - commission plan - upper management - NO ONE has rental industry experience outside of Caterpillar which leads to a certain amount of arrogance and resistance to change in improving rental services: the ole "we've always done it this way" mentality which is fine if you are satisfied with being a nominal player in the equipment rental industry. - upper management is reluctant to listen to advice from people with rental industry experience outside Caterpillar and if they do happen to make a change, there is no recognition for the idea. everybody is more worried about protecting their little piece of the pie instead of improving the rental division.
