Pros

- training - job stability - benefits - networking

Cons

- some office personnel move up to fast and don't know how to lead. This trickles down and the blind end up leading the blind. -business hours don't mean anything. You have to keep up with emails through the weekend to be ready for Monday. - Little to no assistance if you take vacation. All of your work piles up while you're gone and you have to make it up when you return.
