Pros

Good 401k match program and benefits are decent

Cons

Unfortunately, they run things way too lean. It’s evident they only care about the dollar. They are not trying to keep good employees. Upper management has no real idea what it takes to run the business. Work just keeps getting piled on, and we have some very poor processes. Constantly being told what we are doing wrong.

Pros

benefits and pay are great. most co-workers are great.

Cons

management doesn't care about there employees, the dollar matters more. They put time standards on everything and its nearly impossible to meet them safely, so a lot of people abuse there body's to make them i.e. instead of using cranes to pick up 100+lbs parts you just have to lift it because the cranes slow everything down and makes you blow way past the time standards.. Then supervisors aren't happy. I don't suggest it to anyone. the pay may be great, but if your in pain everyday from herniated disks etc. then you wont be able to go spend it anyways.
