Pros

Day hours. Good health benefits.

Cons

No training. Extremely prejudiced organization. Not welcome if you are not friend or family member of someone who works there already. Very unprofessional work environment, witnessed very discriminatory and abusive language from Shop foreman Richard. and manager Jeremy towards shop employees, especially towards young shipper employees

Pros

Co-workers are the hardest working you will find anywhere. Benefits of company are really good.

Cons

Management is weak. Do not appreciate employees efforts. Seem to want to replace the dedicated older employees with cheaper, younger employees

Pros

Good pay, benefits, paid time off. Most of the newer employees are awesome to work with, some of the seasoned crew is as well.

Cons

Very old school ideals and systems. Open door policy isn't really open door or open minded for that matter. Little to no teamwork. Limited room for advancement.
