If you want to work with an extremely professional organization that genuinely cares about its employees, then Carter is the choice for you, Imagine working for a company who teaches you every day how to be better at what you do. Constructive criticism and learning the best and expedient way to do something will prepare for everything in life. I have worked for this organization for over 25 years and it will always be the "TOP" employer for me.

Cons

Some days 5:00 will come and you won't even know it. You get wrapped up in what you are doing and the time goes by quickly.
