Pros

Decent money, paid uniforms, boot allowance.

Cons

They’ll post a job online stating a specific shift, you apply to said specific shift, get hired on, then they later force you to another shift. Never mention anything about rotating when you’re hired. Straight lie to your face.

Pros

Good pay, benefits, paid time off. Most of the newer employees are awesome to work with, some of the seasoned crew is as well.

Cons

Very old school ideals and systems. Open door policy isn't really open door or open minded for that matter. Little to no teamwork. Limited room for advancement.
