      Pay & Benefits are good to great Upper management is very receptive to new ideas and are easy to talk to Opportunities to move up are there especially with the company growing a lot

      There are times where managers will play favorites and some individuals are protected because of their relationships. Can be high stress at times and some individuals won't own their work and try to pass everything off to someone else.
