Bonus if you make credit cards Flexible scheduling You can move up position quiet fast

Cons

Management, I’ve worked in different locations of carters and they can be great but it depends on the SM some can be a real handful and moody They will never close for NOTHING. If the lights are on you will be scheduled and even if the power goes out you have to wait a MINIMUM OF 5 hours before you’re allowed to leave. HR protects the SM’s like crazy I know a few that have been protected from racist comments and absurd behavior
