Pros
Leadership, workload, corp support, work life balance, pto and benefits package, overall environment. One of the best retailers I’ve worked for- however, pay is based on overall store volume and location. The financial incentive is higher other places, so keep that in mind. But this is an employer you could work for and have time for family if you’re a good leader with the right support management.
Cons
Heavy freight back half of year- though this is characteristic of retail- we were sent high quantities of the same items sometimes, so I believe the buyers would over project
