Pros

- The people are really great and understand we are all on a life boat together.

Cons

- Horrible communication across the entire company, no one ever knows what's going on. Ever. - Upper management clearly has no idea what it takes to run a company. - Numerous employee cut backs severely effects moral, and after every cut remaining employees are promised "this is the last one". Yet, the cuts still continue. - Outdated mall platforms look like they were made in 1994 and the company can't figure out why they are unprofitable. - The list goes on, in summation one word describes this company: SLOPPY.

Pros

Fun people to work with. Everyone is accommodating. People know how to have fun, but also know when to get down to business to get things done. People are hard working, but also have a good work life balance Meetings with management involved aren't stuffy. Trying to switch to Agile methodology to be more efficient. Trying to improve processes is always a plus

Cons

1) Try to conduct some meetings without staring at laptops. 2) Some levels of micro management within certain groups could drive good people away 3) More cross-functional communication would be a huge plus
