Pros

Really good group of people -- smart, care about the work, care about each other. Focus is on getting the work done, not "face time", which allows real work-life balance. After a tough period from mid-2012 to mid-2013, company has really turned around in 2014 -- growing and now profitable, with continued strong prospects for 2015 and beyond

Cons

Tech platform still has some legacy issues, but at least they're being addressed.
