Everything, specially the high competent people you work with + company culture. I'd highly recommend working for CARTO as a place in which you could learn, grow, face some high-demanding challenges and at the same time being happy in your day to day.

Almost none, but to say one: commission structure it's higher in other SaaS companies I know (but it's still definitely within average)
