Friendly owners great tips positive work environment coworkers are encouraging and motivating easy to catch on to pace and procedures/recipes flexible hours possible leadership opportunities Great for first time job/ high schooler's Opportunity to be creative and innovative Owner's allow you to implement ideas Tips are great- especially in late afternoon/night opening was fairly easy Owner's listen to you when you have problems Schedule is released two weeks in advance and bi-weekly ( must report days off two weeks in advance)

Cons

fast paced (con for some) messy job requires a lot of cleaning shifts can get late due to closing time and procedure bi-weekly pay (con to some) Minimum wage typical grumpy and pushy customers that want free stuff The amount of dishes can be a turn-down, but it's food so what else is there to expect Not much room to grow being it is not much of a long-term job.
