Pros

Even at a small Ice Cream shop you can work hard, and be happy. The manager was great, and the owner was not bad as well.

Cons

Ice Cream is expensive, it's hard to justify to customers why it's so expensive sometimes. However as an employee you get a discount, nice perk.
