They have good benefits They pay well Flexible about time off

Cons

The only training you are provided with is a short initial orientation about company culture but nothing pertaining to your actual position. If you know what you are doing right away this is fine, but they have a lot of internal acronyms and work across multiple buildings so communication can be difficult.

great people great mission triple bottom line is not just a catch phrase its the culture.

facilities are a little disorganized but not a real deal breaker just need to be a priority

Pros

Solid portfolio of product capabilities with diverse application expertise that often allows them to weather economic storms and cyclical markets fairly well; meaningful people centric culture with decent pay and a good benefits package along with a strong commitment to environmental and sustainability initiatives. Ample training and career development programs are available as well to help employees expand on their skillsets and grow professionally.

Cons

Enterprise-wide strategy is not always clear with some hesitancy towards solid capex investment in new equipment and technologies that will take the company to the next level; integration efforts with other divisions not always smooth and executed well; management at times seems a bit weak at effective supervision at all levels.
