Pros
Pay and good people on the floor
Cons
Plant manager was one of the most unprofessional people I have ever worked for. Sloppily ran organization and they have zero tolerance for any new ideas. They want you to conform to a culture that has made them an unprofitable company. They claim diversity but that is only from the Frontline Supervisor and below. I worked there for 15months and every outside supervisor quit (atleast 4). The shop floor is freezing cold and no one seems to care. The ceiling is falling apart. It is extremely dark in the buildings. They have the same issues in production and never try to fix them, they take every idea as a negative. Countless baseless allegations without even speaking with you. I was officially fired for "clocking in early" and forgetting to address an issue in a start up meeting. After a month long investigation that turned up NOTHING. If you want a job for the time being then it's not a bad gig. If you want a career DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! And they expect the workers to work 7 days a week. Every week
