Pros

very peaceful culture, they truly care about their employees and will invest in them when needed, Plenty of work and its very gratifying to serve the elderly and give back a bit..

Cons

tight budgets and at times understaffed but thats the same in any retirement community company

Regional management is great and very supportive of the goals

Cons

Worst local management I have EVER worked for. Non-communicative, negative energy, not engaging, difficult to work with/for. Employee morale is at an all time low. People quit after a short time

Pros

Activity Room is large and well-equipped. I have a CNA but am never pulled to the floor to fill for call-offs. Good teamwork among managers.

Cons

I love my job and the residents. I have had 6 supervisors (Executive Directors) in 4 years, and expectations have increased without any increase in budget and a decrease in support staff. No respect for the profession, my certifications, or my loyalty at this company.
