      The pay is good and flexbulity sometimes if someone doesn’t go in vacation

      Cons

      Forced work shift off someone takes vacation If you’re not liked they will find a reason to get rid of you Race is a major issue with supervisors and mangment the culture is not what they tell you

      Pros

      you get 7 days off in a 2 week period. It is good pay. It is encouraged to ask questions, the people are all very nice. There is a good community there.

      Cons

      It is boring. It has 12 hour shifts on concrete floors and you have to wear work boots, your feet get really sore.

      Pros

      Good pay on a weekly schedule. Really good hours, Every other weekend is a three day. Benefits are very good. Profit sharing twice a year. Yes a person can have a quality life. Management treats everyone the same. Better than average job. They do not hover over you as you work and that is nice.

      Cons

      Night work every two weeks. Since there is new upper management at are plant things are a lot better. So do not really have any other thing to put down.
