Where to begin...There is no team spirit, no team environment. They should fire all of the Managers (with the exception of some) at the location where I worked and start fresh. Most of the Managers only care about themselves, they don't know how to manage, they don't know how to lead a team, they don't know how to bring a team together. It works by favouritism and who ever sucks up the most gets ahead. There is so much 'dead wood' in the department. So many good employees leave, the company does not know how to keep the good staff. The Manager that I had didn't ever speak to me about 'career development'. Too many chiefs, not enough indians in this company. Benefits could be better, salaries as well. Every location has different rules, and the rules don't always apply to everyone. No appreciation for hard working employees. HR is terrible they say they're on your side but they're just puppets for upper Management. HR didn't even act when they were witness to one employee verbally abusing another. I would recommend to find a job elsewhere.
