Decent wage/salary Unionized Fair benefits Good coworkers if they like you (a lot of the senior people can be very cliquey)

Cons

- Shift work. Your health and chance of a normal sleep pattern will suffer - Those on 8 hour shifts wont get their schedule until the week before. Makes planning for anything difficult - Management is disorganized, fixated on little problems but not fixing the bigger issues - Many recent management choices have lowered employee morale substantially

Use of technology, Welcoming new hires and new leadership, Management accountability, Working people to many hours and 6 to 7 days a week. HR isnt there to support the team members and are not honest, moral, or appreciative of people. They will quickly deny previously promised benefits. Etc.
