      Good people, nice ambient. Excellent work balance work life and personal life. Some extra benefits for Gym and health.

      Cons

      It's a good opportunity to improve our internal standards and distribute the workload more efficiently among employees.

      Extreme temps. Work as much as you want.

      Pros

      Unlimited hours. Union. No layoffs. North end takes scrap and makes rolls of paper, South end converts it into product. Warehouse/shipping as well.

      Cons

      Management runs the office, Union runs the plant. Never seems to be a satisfied position in the rat race between the too. Clicky with a lot of politics. 110+ in the peak of summer. However, they do supply electrolyte freeze pops.
