      Can work overtime, can get steel toe shoes through them

      Cons

      Too hot in summer due to ovens, not enough people working, don't get breaks sometimes, all new people get the crappy jobs, and their supervision sucks big time.

      Decent pay, set hours, some good core team members.

      Cons

      Constant flow of terrible temps, so much pointless paperwork, dishonest about reasons for terminating team members, management seems petty, training & education opportunities are a BS line used at hiring, hires for positions under false pretenses, changing of production expectations with no communication, huge disparity between support across different shifts.
